1. Scope of Service: Our comprehensive service includes TV installation and basic smart home setup. Customers supplying products must ensure compatibility. All work is carried out by certified technicians.

2. Pricing:

– TV Installation:

– Up to 40 inches: $120

– 41 to 60 inches: $150

– Over 60 inches: Quoted separately

3. Cable Management: Cable management quoted separately.

4. Smart Home Installation:

– Basic smart home setup: $150

– Additional smart devices or advanced configurations quoted separately.

5. Products Supplied by Customer:

– Customers providing their smart home products must ensure all items are present and in working condition.

– Compatibility with our installation services is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Site Assessment: A pre-installation site assessment will be conducted for optimal placement and smart device integration.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

– Ensure TV and smart home product compatibility.

– Provide necessary power outlets, cables, and functioning smart devices.

8. Accessories: – Any additional accessories required for installation or smart home setup will be communicated and priced accordingly.

9. Payment:

–  Payment is due upon completion of the installation.

– We accept cash, credit cards, or electronic transfers.

10. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

11. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our installation services. Any issues should be reported within 14 days of completion.

12. Liability: We are not responsible for existing wall conditions or damage during installation unless caused by our negligence.

13. Completion Time: The estimated completion time will be provided during the site assessment. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

14. Third-Party Integration: Any integration with third-party devices or additional smart home products will be quoted separately.

15. Termination of Service: We reserve the right to terminate service if unforeseen circumstances compromise the safety of our technicians.
